The fine curves of your french manicure become thinner and more brittle, the ends chip, or straight up crack. It’s not pretty – but more than that, it’s frustrating.
Every mom or daadi’s advice has always been to get more calcium in. Or iron. But there are only so many glasses of milk we can drink, or bowls of spinach we can eat with fingers crossed for longer, healthier nails. It’s not working!
