By If there was one thing Mahira Khan had known forever, it was that she was going to be on the big screen. Plastered on billboards, flanking the covers of magazines, acting in a versatile range of roles, serving as the National Goodwill Ambassador for UNHCR, heading two successful businesses – this is how we have come to know her now. But before all of that, before anything – there was a small close-knit group of family and friends, pink, dreamy LA skies, tightly-wound notebooks and journals, and lots of motivational quotes at work. For her 39th birthday, we asked Mahira to open her trove of memories and walk us down memory lane. We also asked her some questions in the process.
