Coffee Will Stunt Your Growth

This is absolutely no evidence to prove this, yet it is a common belief many people hold. This misconception comes from the idea that coffee causes osteoporosis (a condition associated with a loss in height), however that is also untrue. Your height is determined by your genes, your diet and your overall health – not a few cups of coffee. 

Coffee Can Cause Cancer

According to several health professionals, there is no evidence linking coffee consumption with an increased risk of cancer. In fact, WHO actually removed coffee from its list of carcinogens in 2016 as there wasn’t any conclusive evidence to support the claim. So next time you’re having your beloved mug of coffee, fear not – a lot of what you hear is untrue!
