Whether it was Western wear or Eastern, whether in Pakistan or abroad, she and her stylist, Ania Fawad, produced hit after hit and we were living for it. Here are seven of her looks that we were crushing over and deserve some more appreciation!
1. Black Beauty
Maya kicked off her stylish looks at the trailer launch of her film in this beautiful black dress. Even though it’s a classic colour, she took it to the next level with the structured, asymmetrical details of the dress. Paired with a strong smokey eye and loose curls, this look set the bar for the promotional tour!
2. Top With A Twist
This is, hands down, our favourite look Maya wore. What would’ve been a typical, casual look was given a feminine touch with this pretty pastel off-shoulder top. Paired with nude pumps, loose curls and soft makeup, the look was an overall hit!
3. Red Power
The PHL star channelled her inner dancing emoji in this ravishing red look! From the loose curls adorned with trendy hairpins to the puffy-sleeved dress and bright red heels, this look oozed perfection from every angle. It’s definitely going in our inspiration book!
4. Pastel Princess
Maya knows how to wear this desi trend like no one else! For the Eid leg of her promotions, she wore this pastel yellow-green ensemble and its elegance blew us away. Paired with a slick bun, minimal jewellery and soft makeup, Maya truly shines in this gharara–kameez combo!
5. When Chic Meets Elegant
Maya effortlessly rocked this pleated dress with a messy ponytail, chunky earrings and gold pumps. The on-point makeup added more grace to an already stylish look and left us green with envy – pun intended!
6. Of Frills And Florals
Body hugging, peplum dresses are tailor-made for this diva. We couldn’t stop gushing over this blue floral tiered dress, a style that seems made for her! She kept it minimal by pairing the outfit with nude sandals, soft makeup and straight hair. From head-to-toe, this look was full of elegance.
7. Fiercely Fresh
We all know she can rock a Western look, but Maya is just as graceful in Eastern attire as well! This fresh, orange with gold detailing dress is gorgeous on the star and the simple gold bangles and earrings pull the entire look together. After seeing her wear it, this will become our go-to shade to rock!
