There is a specific stereotype that has been feeding our society that vegetarians ‘toh sirf ghas phos khatey hain’  (vegetarians only eat a salad). However, restaurants around the world and in Pakistan have added delicious vegetarian dishes in their menu to break this stereotype.  So, we decided to make a list of restaurants in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad for our vegetarian readers.

Garden Bistro

Now this might be a little confusing for those of you who know chop chop wok for their sushi but it does have a very unique option catering to the vegetarians. Select ‘mixed veggies’ as your base, pair it with either the thai or oriental sauce and add tofu in the last and final step.
