1. Floral Arrangements

Nothing livens up a home more than flowers! And since we’re still hanging onto summer season, it’s easy to get your hands on some beautifully vibrant flowers. You can use these to make a few sets of flower arrangements and place them around the house. Not only will they give the house a grandeur look but they’ll also add some colour around the place.

2. Floating Scented Candles

Find a big glass bowl and fill it with water, then add some tealight candles to it and let them float. You can place this glass bowl as a centerpiece on your dining table or just around your place and surround them with plants and flowers (you can even pick a few from your garden). This will definitely give a Zen look to your place and make it look elegant!

3. A Table Set Intricately with Homemade Treats

Who doesn’t like a fancy table full of delectable treats? While it may seem like a lot of work, you can use whatever you have at home to make it look extra. Get your most exquisite crockery out and use it to serve your treats. You can add a few candles around the table and throw in a fancy table runner if you have one. Use a large mason jar to serve refreshing drinks and also set the table up in a buffet style, which will be the statement piece in the room. If you have the time, get some cute Eid themed cupcakes or make them with your family! They’ll add a really cute element to your set up.

4. Independence Day Theme

Since 14thAugust is overlapping with Eid, it only makes sense to celebrate the two together. But you don’t have to decorate your whole house with just Pakistani flags (although, you totally could if you wanted to)! For a subtler look, just keep the theme green. Have some plants inside the house to use for décor and set the table with green and white napkins. You can keep a few flags in a small cup too as small giveaways!
