We went to three different work out classes to show you the best way to get fit in time for all your events!
First up was Tayyaba Salman who showed us how toning up for your wedding doesn’t have to be boring and monotonous – it can be super fun with Zumba! Next we headed to a kickboxing class with the expert himself Muhammad Mushtaq, who trains celebrities like Syra Shahroz. And last but not least, the Karachi Ladies Club talked to us about bridal boot camps for girls nearing the home stretch before it’s go time.
